LED crane lighting for outdoor
If you need new crane lighting for outdoor use, you can choose from our tempLED RayBeam Lite V2, tempLED RayBeam Pro V2, and tempLED RayField V3.
The RayBeam Lite V2 is available in four power levels from 100 to 300 watts and has three practical, symmetrical beam angles between 60 and 120 degrees. The high-performance optical system in linear technology allows the luminaire to be installed on many different types of cranes. A stainless steel crane mounting kit with two attachment points is used to mount the RayBeam Lite V2.
Would you prefer an intelligent lighting solution? Then the RayBeam Pro V2 is the right solution for you. The luminaire is available in four power levels from 100 to 300 watts, has three practical, symmetrical beam angles between 60 and 120 degrees and has an efficiency of up to 200 lm/W. The high-performance optical system in linear technology enables the luminaire to be installed on many different types of cranes. A stainless steel crane mounting kit with two attachment points is used to mount the RayBeam Pro V2.
Our high-performance RayField V2 LED floodlight is available in six very high power levels from 400 to 1800 watts, making it an ideal lighting partner for cranes of all types. The integrated high-performance light control optics with practical symmetrical (15 degrees and 30 degrees) as well as asymmetrical (20 x 30 degrees and 35 x 85 degrees) beam angles effectively reduce stray light. Furthermore the tempLED RayField V3 also achieves a ULR of up to 0%*. The RayField V3 thus brings the light exactly where you need it, even from very high altitudes.
* ULR of 0 percent only possible for luminaires with integrated reflector systems at certain luminaire inclination angles and depending on local conditions.
Application examples: Overhead cranes, harbor cranes, construction site cranes, loading cranes, container terminals, truck cranes or logistics cranes.
LED crane lighting for indoor use
If you need LED crane lighting for indoor use, we offer the tempLED RayBeam Lite V2, RayBeam Pro V2 and tempLED RayBeam Pro V2 HT LED lights.
As with outdoor use, the RayBeam Lite V2 and RayBeam Pro V2 are available for indoor use in four power levels from 100 to 300 watts. You can also choose from three symmetrical beam angles between 60 and 120 degrees. The RayBeam Pro V2 is equipped with a Zhaga-18 socket for optional control systems, allowing you to make your lighting intelligent in no time at all. The stainless steel crane mounting kit with two attachment points is used for installation.
If you need LED crane lighting in high-temperature areas, the RayBeam Pro V2 HT is your ideal lighting partner. The RayBeam Pro V2 HT is available in four power levels from 100 to 240 watts and three practical beam angles from 60 to 120 degrees. In addition, the LED luminaire has DALI-2 dimming as standard and thanks to its generously dimensioned heat sink system, the RayBeam Pro V2 HT can reliably withstand ambient temperatures of up to 80 degrees Celsius. Our stainless steel crane mounting kit with two attachment points is used for installation.
Application examples: Bridge cranes, cranes for high-temperature areas, or logistics cranes in internal operations.

Our LED luminaires are also ideal as site lighting for construction site cranes. With the tempLED RayField V3 you ensure ideal lighting conditions during the day as well as at night and thus ensure that your employees can perform their work safely and quickly.
