LED crane lighting for outdoor
If you need new crane lighting for outdoor use, here’s where you can turn to our tempLED RayCrane and tempLED RayField V2 with optional truss brackets.
The RayCrane is available in three power levels from 200 to 500 watts and has four practical, symmetrical beam angles between 15 and 120 degrees. The high-performance light-steering optics thus allow the luminaire to be installed on many different types of cranes and also for use at great heights. All of our crane lights come standard with reinforced stainless steel mounting brackets, fall protection and our specially designed crane mounting kit. If you do not have the possibility to lay your own supply cables for the lights, we offer high voltage versions (277-480 VAC) for the lights. This means that the luminaire can be operated with the crane supply voltage. In addition, it is possible for the power supply unit to be installed up to 35 m away from the luminaire.
Our high-performance RayField V2 LED floodlight is available in six very high power levels from 400 to 1500 watts, making it an ideal lighting partner for cranes of all types. The integrated high-performance light control optics with practical symmetrical (10 to 90 degrees) as well as asymmetrical (60/135 degrees) beam angles effectively reduce stray light. The RayField V2 thus brings the light exactly where you need it, even from very high altitudes.
Application examples: Overhead cranes, harbor cranes, construction site cranes, loading cranes, container terminals, truck cranes or logistics cranes.
LED crane lighting for indoor use
If LED crane lighting is required for indoor use, we can provide you with the LED lights tempLED RayCrane and tempLED RayCrane HT.
The RayCrane is available for indoor use as well as for outdoor use in three power levels from 200 to 500 watts. You can also choose from four symmetrical beam angles between 15 and 120 degrees. The RayCrane is also equipped as standard with fall protection, reinforced stainless steel mounting bracket and the specially developed crane mounting kit. The RayCrane is also available as a position light with monochromatic red, green or blue light.
If you need LED crane lighting in the high temperature range, the RayCrane HT is your ideal lighting partner. The RayCrane HT is available in three power levels from 200 to 500 watts and three practical beam angles from 60 to 120 degrees. In addition, the LED luminaire has DALI dimming as standard and, thanks to the generously dimensioned heat sink system, the RayCrane HT can also reliably withstand ambient temperatures of up to 80 degrees Celsius. In addition, all of our crane luminaires come standard with our specially designed crane mounting kit, fall protection and reinforced stainless steel mounting bracket.
