More than 1,000 tempLED luminaires for our customer TRIMET Aluminium

TRIMET Aluminium is a medium-sized family business and one of the leading aluminum producers in Germany and France. At eight locations, the company develops, produces, recycles, casts and distributes modern aluminum products for sectors such as automotive, aerospace, energy, construction and packaging. In doing so, TRIMET combines comprehensive material expertise with sustainable production processes and high supply security for its customers.

For our customer TRIMET Aluminium, we equipped the 15-meter-high and 600-meter-long production halls where aluminum is manufactured with over 1,000 luminaires. Production not only generates a lot of dust, it also gets hot, our tempLED RayBeam Pro HT LED high-bay luminaire must withstand up to 80°C. However, high temperatures are no problem for this industrial LED light: the luminaire, featuring a housing made of extruded aluminum, easily handles temperatures up to 80°C. Thanks to the housing’s permeable design and a special cover plate with a smooth surface positioned in front of the LEDs, dust and dirt cannot settle on the light. The perfect lighting partner for industrial environments. Together with our reliable installation team, we supported the project at Trimet right through to the final assembly of the LED luminaires.
