also awarded tempLED the prestigious award.

As a young and innovative company celebrating its 7th anniversary this year, we are very pleased that the working atmosphere is so good and that the team supports and motivates each other. That this is the case is proven by our growth – both in terms of increase in employees and in terms of increase in turnover. To keep it that way, the company has launched a comprehensive health program for all employees this year. As a partner of FairFamily and Hallesche Private Krankenversicherung, each employee now has an annual budget of 600 euros to spend on health-related matters. This package includes, for example, dental treatment, visits to alternative practitioners, medicines, massages and much more. All this is now paid by the private health insurance (up to 600€).
