In 2025, tempLED carried out a major modernization of the lighting system in Hall 15 for Hirschvogel Umformtechnik in Denklingen. As a full-service provider, tempLED managed the entire project from the initial inquiry through offer preparation and technical planning to professional installation and technical support. The result: a high-performance, cost-effective and sustainable LED solution for a demanding industrial environment.
30-year-old lighting system in urgent need of attention
The existing lighting system was about 30 years old and had reached the end of its service life. Frequent outages were leading to an increasing number of service calls, making replacement unavoidable. At the same time, there was significant potential to lower energy costs and reduce maintenance expenses. For Hirschvogel Umformtechnik it was therefore clear: The new lighting had to be not only more efficient but also particularly robust and durable.
This is exactly where tempLED stood out. The decisive factors for the partnership were above all quality, sustainability, cost-effectiveness, brightness, durability and an attractive price-performance ratio. Especially in the harsh industrial environment the new lighting had to withstand high demands over the long term.
Personalized lighting solutions for demanding industrial environments
The project utilized 108 tempLED RayBeam Pro HT V2 units, 77 tempLED RayProof V4 units and 1,358 meters of line lighting systems. In logistics and warehouse areas the RayLine Max V3 line lighting system was installed over a length of approximately 1.3 kilometers. RayBeam Pro HT V2 luminaires designed for ambient temperatures up to +80 °C were used in high-temperature hall areas. In lower-temperature areas the RayProof V4 ensures robust and uniform illumination. The luminaires used are designed for industrial applications and meet high standards for efficiency, protection rating and durability.
Fast implementation with full-service solutions from a single source & significant cost savings
Particularly noteworthy is the quick and seamless implementation: Ordered in September, completed in November and the entire installation was finished by our installation team in just three weeks. This is further proof that tempLED can efficiently and quickly handle even larger projects.
The benefits became apparent shortly after the implementation: Energy savings are already noticeable and maintenance costs have been reduced. Another plus: The project costs came in well below the set budget.
